The article is the usual bullshit, until this money line at the end:

“This is an executive order by the Governor and so we do have to follow that direction,” Volusia County School Superintendent Dr. Scott Fritz said.

Wonder if these lazy union slugs looking for a longer vacation would mind also not getting paid while they loaf off?

Wish someone would please explain to me who the executive order applies to if the teachers say they can do whatever their department tells them to.
