Philbin now explains how the HM use of "grand jury" as an analogy for their secret witness hearings is bogus since they constantly leaked the testimony damaging to the subject (Trump) which is a criminal offense in bona fide Grand Jury proceedings....

Now also explaining that the HM contention that they offered the President due process is completely bogus.... points out the unconstitutional conditions explicit in the revised House rules....

My editorial comment: this guy Philbin is superb... explaining legal complexities in terms that even a caveman can understand!! Very calm, but with a quiet authority!!

Philbin is showing a series of letters that the administration (e.g., OLC, OMB, etc.) has sent to the House clearly indicating that their "subpoenas" didn't care any legitimate authorization since the House never voted to begin the impeachment inquiry.... contrasts that with the ludicrous House claims that there was blatant and unjustified defiance from the administration....
